There is nothing like the charm of a seasoned oak gate to come home to! This beautifully handcrafted gate was made on behalf of AGD Systems by HFS Timber.
The gate was constructed using traditional handmade techniques by an experienced craftsmen with a love of doing it the right way and achieving the highest quality standard possible.
The gate construction is ledged and braced with mortise and tenon joints, the Vee tongue and grooved vertical boards are screwed and dowelled into position. The top rail member has a capped top meeting the traditional style heads and heels – totally at home with fine stone house and walling it adorns.
The key phrase is quality!
This sliding gate runs on a ground track and is automated with a heavy duty gate operator with an emergency manual override.
Safety equipment installed is 1 set of safely beams between the stone piers and in front of the gate as well as leading edge protection strips to both leading edges in order to prevent accidental crushing.
Access controls included remote control hand transmitters, keypad entry via pin number and GSM Wireless voice intercom to the main house and annex building.
